1. Are your products authentic?
Yes, 100% authentic. We operate as a personal shopper, purchasing directly from official stores and retailers. We understand concerns about authenticity, especially given some experiences with other resellers. If you have any doubts, please contact us at [email protected] after placing your order. We will provide you with an order confirmation email from the official store or retailer as proof of authenticity.
2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Preorder takes 3-5 weeks to arrive. Once arrived, we will ship them out immediately and DHL takes 1-3 working days to arrive.
Ready stock items will be shipped out the next working day if order is made before 6pm. DHL takes 1-3 working days to arrive.
3. How do I know if the product is ready stock or preorder?
Please refer to the label on the picture of the product to see if it is ready stock/preorder/ arriving soon. Kindly contact us if you need further clarification.
4. How do I know if my order is shipped?
You will receive the tracking number via email once we have scheduled for delivery. Please allow some time for the tracking record to be updated.
5. What payment method is available?
We offer manual bank transfer/ cash deposit, Stripe payment (credit card, Grabpay), Touch n Go and paypal (additional transaction fee applies).
6. I could not find the things I wanted to purchase from your website.
No worries! We've got your back! You may contact us the item(s) that you want to purchase as we bring in almost ANY products from USA. Full price quotation will be given.
7. My order has a mix of ready stock and preorder items. Will my ready stock item be shipped out to me first?
Unfortunately, we will only ship out the order to you once everything has arrived. If you would like to have your ready stock items shipped out first, you'll have to make separate orders. ie: ready stock items in one order, preorder items in another order.
8. How does PICK-UP/ MEET UP work?
We are available for pickup/ meet up near Jaya One, Petaling Jaya area at certain time. Once you have made an order and your order is ready for collection, we will contact you on the available time slots and location for the week. We also provide flexible timing as you can opt to change or fix an appointment with us at least a day before the actual meeting.
